If you've ever wondered what it would take to build a car and race it in an international motorsport event, well, you're about to find out. We took an unsuspecting Miata and turned it into a tarmac rally weapon. Oh, and learned how to drive it and how to navigate in a performance rally. The Targa Miata is one of Grassroots Motorsports "10 milestone Miatas". We're in the company of SCCA National winners and a winner of the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. We're pretty excited about that. We're still developing the car further. Will we go back to the Targa Newfoundland? If we can! Keith's going to the Walter Mitty vintage race event with the car at the end of April 2009. Keith and Janel will be taking the car to Laguna Seca on March 21-22 2009. The Targa TV show will be airing on Speed on March 15th 2009 at 3 pm.
